Awesomeness! That’s the best single word to rate Heights Pools. Knowledgeable, friendly, and great work. When they showed up, I had a lagoon, when they left, I had the makings of a pool starting, and now, have a pool again.
Top choice in Houston area for pump repair, replacement, electrical work. My pool pump went out day before a week long trip. Greg came by and assessed that old motor’s time had ended and needed to be replaced and made recommendation on new pump. Provided detailed explanation on why he recommended the new pump and answered all questions I threw at him. Scheduled install for next day. After install Greg provided detailed hands on walk through on how to operate the new pump. Offered very fair price on new pump and the install. Very happy customer and highly recommend this company.
Greg and his team are awesome. They’ve installed my aftermarket heat pump, installed pool pumps, and they can fix anything Pool related. I also have now hired them to clean my pool and it’s sparkling. I highly recommend.
Absolutely positive experience. Greg and his assistant are very knowledgeable and informative. They are a problem solver and will never take advantage of any situation. Hired their services for a part replacement and they immediately responded with the part. Unfortunately the damage was more than what I thought and I was tight on time and budget. Greg worked with me, searched and ordered the heater same afternoon and got it installed in the next morning. Price wise they were great too. My wife still can’t believe this job took so little time. I’m sure will be recommending Greg/ Heights Pool Service and they will always be my first go to option should I need any pool filter or heater service.
They replaced lights for me. The lights failed within 2 years. I’ve tried contacting this company for a few week in order to get the lights replaced under warranty, but they won’t return phone calls or emails.
