From the first meeting, oliver and the crew were fantastic with our pool cleaning and care needs. they helped with simple maintenance ideas, made a few service adjustments to fit our budget, and were patient and responsive with every question. Pool Maintenance Services of West University Place had a team that always arrived on time, was respectful, and kept the pool area clean, safe, and organized during each visit. After the service started, tanner came by to explain basic pool care, water chemistry, filter cleaning, and how to keep everything ready for swimming. It was also very helpful to have oliver checking on the pool during the first several weeks, making sure the water stayed clear, balanced, and in great condition. the office staff was always available for support, scheduling, and follow-up. we were really impressed and very satisfied with the overall pool maintenance service.

Oliver was very knowledgeable and gave me a great price. Tanner and Oliver came out to acid wash the pool and clean the tile, which had not been serviced in a long time. When they finished, the pool looked like new. They did an excellent job, worked efficiently, and left everything looking clean and refreshed. Great pool service and very easy to work with.
