Mr Eli designed an incredible pool with our limited boundary space, caring for every detail of our dream pool! He was HONEST, courteous, and very communicative since initiating the process and referring us to a surveyor to ensure we were within code. He was always reachable by phone and texts at any time of the day if we had any questions. He provided a detailed contract of our scope of work and VERY patient to answer ALL our questions and in selecting the right materials and tones. Payment plan was offered throughout the construction of the pool. All their contractors/subs were on time, professional and courteous. Thank you Pools Infinite and especially Eli for all his help in doing my pool refresh! It initially was a challenge because I was calling from Chicago and getting seriously high quotes without others even visiting my house. When I called Eli he didn’t quote me a price until he had seen my pool. He was able to fix all the pool issues in the pool, including my light! Eli is wonderful; We couldn’t be happier. From a hand sketch, to all the tedious selections, and down to every little detail; it’s all come together! Eli and his trusted crew were punctual, skilled, hardworking, and efficient! **First off, thank you so much, Eli!!** We moved here from out of state not knowing anyone. I did a lot of research myself looking for reputable pool contractors and got quotes from at least 8. I was sticker shocked and disturbed by some of the contractors' demeanors. I talked with my neighbors that has pools and heard their stories on how great Pools Infinite was and why they ended up going with Pools Infinite. Plus saw their pools and was in awe with the work that was done. Eli (Pools Infinite) came out and worked with us on getting what we wanted. He was very professional, kind, and trustworthy. The price was great and we were surprised on what we were able to get compared to the other quotes that we got previously from other contractors. Once we were ready, Pools Infinite had their crew out the next day working. The pool was done quickly!! The crew worked like a well oiled machine. (Perfect weather the whole time which really helps also) Eli always made time and made me feel comfortable for me if I had any questions about anything since it was my first time ever having a pool. For any future projects for the house, I will always reach out to Pools Infinite first... (They do more than just pools)
