I recently built my swimming pool with Richard’s, and the experience has been fantastic. Leslie was amazing helping us develop the pool of our dreams. Helping draw it and redraw until we find our own little paradise. Not only that, as an engineer, I like to understand every detail, and Lan is extremelly knowlegleble and incredibly patient, helping us implement the best solution for our needs, while ensuring all would work perfectlly in every detail. I highly recommended Richards, specially with the support of Leslie and Lan.

I had a great experience with Everett from Richard’s Spa. He was super knowledgeable and took his time walking me through everything I needed to know about my hot tub—from how to operate it to how to properly clean and balance the chemicals. What I really appreciated was how patient and thorough he was. He made sure I understood each step instead of just rushing through it, which made me feel a lot more confident managing everything on my own. If you’re new to owning a hot tub or just need someone who actually explains things clearly, I definitely recommend Everett. Great customer service all around!

Richard’s definitely exceeded our expectations on making our pool dreams come true- it’s so gorgeous. We’re absolutely in love our pool and it’s brought so much life into our backyard… making the best memories! The build process went very smooth other than a couple weather related delays but overall, a contractor was out pretty much every week to work on the next phase. I can’t thank Bray (construction manager) enough for stepping in and giving us some small but major recommendations so we could enjoy our pool to the fullest (equipment positioning, autofill and the best most fastest heater). I strongly recommend Richard’s for a minimally stress free pool build experience and you’ll be so well taken care of if you’re in Bray’s care. Thanks so much for walking us through everything, for the superb communication and making this process as smooth as possible! We are already recommending Richard’s to many friends and neighbors.

We recently built our pool and outdoor kitchen with Richards Total Backyard. The process was smooth from start to finish and we could not recommend them enough. Jonathan's design turned out even better in real life and Bray was a great project manager. They were both so helpful and responded quickly to any questions.
