Their weekly pool maintenance service has also been excellent. From the beginning, the pool design and cleaning process was smooth and easy. They came to our home, listened to what we wanted for the pool and spa, and took careful measurements. Soon after, we could really see our backyard pool vision coming together. Roger also took time to sit down with us and make sure we were fully happy with every detail. The office team, especially Derek, kept us updated through each step, from planning to pool startup and service. Marvin, the field manager, was very experienced and always answered our calls when we had questions about the pool, spa light, water care, and equipment. Even during the work, the crew cleaned up well after themselves and kept the area looking neat. Now the finished pool truly feels like a backyard oasis. We have heard plenty of bad stories about pool projects and service, but our experience was the opposite. We are completely satisfied. When a spa light needed attention, they handled it quickly and got everything working again right away. I would give Scheduled Houston Pool Cleaning ten stars if I could. After we bought our home, we learned the pool needed major work, so we explored our options and decided pool removal and site cleanup was the best choice. We got several estimates, but Derek and the crew were easily the most professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about pool services. We are very glad we chose them. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. What stood out most was their communication through every step of the pool project. Derek and Marvin explained the process clearly, set the right expectations, and kept us updated often on progress. They also made sure the work area was neat and cleaned up at the end of each day, which really helped during a big outdoor project in Houston.
