I would highly recommend using The Pool Man for your next pool !! The service was top notch, the communication was thorough and the product they delivered was superior in quality. Not only that, but everyone was so friendly !! All of these things made for a seamless process. My husband and I have built a few pools in our lifetime and this by far was the best experience! In an industry where pool companies come and go, you can always count on Pool Man to be there. They have been in business for a long time and are not going anywhere.

The Pool Man team has been absolutely amazing, from their expertise to their communication throughout the entire process. We first worked with Wes, the designer, over the summer to review the design and discuss exactly what we wanted. Wes was extremely detail-oriented and knowledgeable, walking us through every aspect of the design—from how the pool would complement our home’s layout to thoughtful recommendations on tile, decking, and other finishes. He also suggested features that truly enhance the ownership experience, such as the heater/chiller option and the automatic floor cleaning system. Jon and Brian on the construction team were just as impressive. They paid close attention to every detail at each stage, from construction and curing to ensuring everything in our courtyard met their high standards. Their communication was excellent—they kept us informed daily on progress and what to expect next. Lastly, Jeremy was incredibly helpful with chemical balancing and pool school. He thoroughly explained everything, from controlling the pumps via our phone to properly maintaining the pool. Overall, I highly recommend The Pool Man to anyone who truly wants a worry-free pool-building experience.

I called to report the incorrect installation of a a back flow preventer valve. I was told immediately it’s impossible for pool man to install this incorrectly and since I am outside of the warranty there was zero accountability or effort to solve the problem from pool man’s side. Attached are the photos showing the valve was installed backwards causing the flap gasket to pinch and leak water back into the pool. I am sure they will come back with excuses so let me address them now “We would have found this immediately”. Incorrect, a new flap gasket would fix the issue for a while until the crease comes back. The permanent solution is to replace the housing in the correct orientation. “How do we know the valve wasn’t replaced and installed incorrectly” because no one replaces the housing, only the internals. Also look at the photos. Everything is the same age My biggest issue is pool man’s lack of offering anytype of solution other than “we will charge you to fix this” is a crappy approach. Maybe offer to come take a look. If the pool technician believes it’s on pool man, then we will fix free of charge. If he believes it’s a replaced valve then it’s on me. Incredibly disappointed and if this is how they treat someone over a 50 dollar part, imagine larger more expensive issues. When I’m wrong I’m wrong. You’re correct. I was not aware of the freeze repair.

Our inground pool construction experience with the entire team at the Pool Man was a wonderful experience. The designer, Blake, was a consultant and not a salesman so our pool design is amazing and fits seamlessly into our landscape. The way the weeks of construction was planned out and communicated to us was seamless thanks to Anna Maria’s coordination and Alfonso’s management. We made small changes along the way and they were effortlessly incorporated. The pool and decking are beautiful thanks to the amazing builders! We couldn’t be happier with the results 🥰

We recently completed a large pool renovation project with Laurie at The Pool Man. We are extremely happy with the results and look forward to enjoying our pool this summer. The only hiccup we had along the way was rain delays. Laurie and Daniel were amazing to work with, and the trade people they use are great as well. I really appreciated the level of professionalism, organization, communication, and detail put into our project.
