Very poor communication, constant difficulty with apps the H.O.A is a joke and over charges you when they miscommunicate, extra fees for a house that never worked properly and over priced homes. You can get away more somewhere else

My experience with Atlas Management has been incredibly disappointing. Before moving in, I was explicitly told by the developer (in writing) that the property would have wired high-speed internet. After moving in, I discovered that no wired service is actually available, and the management team has done nothing to resolve it — even though they admit there’s no fee or obstacle preventing the developer from making it serviceable. Instead of taking accountability, they offered a $100 “credit” and suggested that I use a mobile hotspot as a sufficient replacement for two people working from home. That’s completely unrealistic and unprofessional. When I raised legitimate concerns and tried to reach a fair agreement, I was met with dismissive responses and even threats of a notice to vacate rather than constructive problem-solving. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of honesty, transparency, and care for tenants. If reliable internet, responsive management, or ethical communication matter to you — I strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease with Atlas Management.

I relocated from out of state and couldn’t visit the property before signing the lease, but Atlas Management made the entire experience seamless. They provided detailed photos, a full video walkthrough, and patiently answered all of my questions. Everything was clearly explained, and the lease process was straightforward. When I arrived, the home was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and move-in ready. It’s clear they value transparency and take pride in their work. I felt completely taken care of from start to finish and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, especially those renting from afar.
