First of all, it is important to respect customers. In this complex, some employees are not at all respectful. Customers should be treated with respect. They have no respect here. Customers are treated badly. I ask the complex officials to take this seriously. There is no one to whom I can even complain. We will not sit in this complex for free to be treated with disrespect.

DO NEVER RENT HERE. It’s the worst apartment to rent. The manager doesn’t help you, the corporate doesn’t give any answers on the problems. In my apartment i had leaks since October of 2023. I did send a lot of emails to fix it and nobody did nothing. The kitchen roof fell, a disgusting smell and every time i went to talk to the manager, she always said: the roofers are coming this week to fix it. That never happened!!!!. I lived 4 months in that apartment and finally gave me another one, but the process to move in was frustrating. Told me on Saturday and wasn’t ready. Finally on Monday but wasn’t painted or cleaned. PEOPLE, DONT RENT HERE, DONT DO IT. Look how I was living before…
I have been living in their apartment for over 8 months and I have not encountered any problems or security issues and it is very safe for my motorcycles.
Horrible management company and apartment complexes!!! Excel management refuses to fix anything!! Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom...The roof has collapsed on my daughter and it still has not been fixed from damage done in August... Looks like the ceiling wants to collapse in multiple places but they don't bother to fix it... Maybe my family isn't the right ethnicity to be treated fairly!!! If anyone can offer legal assistance or point me in the direction to get help with this situation it would be greatly appreciated!!
