EPM has been great to work with over the last year. Any issues that I have had (which were few and far between) were quickly resolved. The online portal was easy to use and has everything you need to manage your account without having to make phone call after phone call. I recommend properties managed by EPM for anyone looking to rent in the area.

I am very well aware & fully acknowledge that I have pretty high standards. And although no two people will agree totally 100% of the time, I must say that the personnel at or with EPM have patiently, diligently & cordially exercised earnest efforts to successfully resolve my concerns & those of the Tenant.
