Thus far, the property was nice. I love the old style of places because it's very vintage and unique. If you love the classic look & vibe; check it out. The person who showed me the available units is Mervat; very kind and genuine about the property and what they have to offer. I will be giving you all an update 6 months after I have moved in. As of right now, I will be signing my lease before the weekend comes to an end.

I have enjoyed living at 4921 Crawford for 6 years and have had good experiences overall with leasing and management. Star has been helpful, and the office has generally been accommodating and flexible whenever I've needed anything. Maintenance emergencies have always been taken care of quickly, which I really appreciate. The property is quiet, the courtyard is a great feature, and it's been a nice place to call home. I would recommend it to anyone needing a place in the area.

Mervat at Fat Property is the reason I found my Montrose apartment in a single weekend. She sent me lockbox codes for self-guided tours within hours of my first text, patiently answered every question I had about multiple units (even while on the road on a Friday evening), and when I found the one, she processed my application that same night instead of making me wait until Monday. I was on a tight timeline before starting a new job, and she made the whole thing fast, transparent, and genuinely stress-free. If you're looking for a rental in Montrose, ask for Mervat. She's the best!!!

I’ve had an extremely positive experience with Fat Properties. There was a pretty dicey situation at the beginning of my lease that Star Epps handled very professionally and compassionately. Rent is reasonable for the area. Maintenance is very quick to respond to requests. My one complaint is the AC is kinda weak, but these are older buildings and most of my windows face west. They’re accommodating, but Fat Properties cannot change the laws of thermodynamics. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Begun leasing one of the properties here, and was very lucky to have Mervat put me through the process of it all. Very nice unit and she was extremely helpful in informing me of everything.
