I had a 5 star experience renting with lease coordinator Sergio Maldonado and his manager, Alex Bradley. They were so thorough and took their time to answer all my questions, even meeting with me in person. They sent an automated email with leasing rates for the upcoming year if we resigned before 90 days - However when we tried to contact them to ask for the for lease to sign they informed us the email we received was an automated email and they would not honor the rates they provided in the email. They are extremely hard to get an accurate response from over email. Due to having zero actual contact with the owner we are not sure if any information has ever been accurately relayed over to the owner of the unit. At this point I don’t trust any email or phone conversation as they never seem to follow up and they provide false information.
