I made a deposit on one of the properties in Bossier City, Louisiana, and waited almost five months to move into my apartment. However, I had to wait even longer, so I found another place. I did put down a $250 deposit at these apartments just to hold a unit, but I never signed a lease or even stayed in it. Now, they’re telling me I can’t get my deposit back. I’m not going to take this to court because that’s ridiculous! I never left the apartment at all!

I am so happy to have chosen Gemstone Property Management. They have provided top notch professional service and reply to all of my questions and emails promptly. I checked out several different companies but I feel that they are the most efficient and a pleasure to work with. Some other companies took days to reply back to me and were not personable at all. I highly recommend this company for anyone who wants their property to be managed by people who care and take the time to make sure you are satisfied. Thank you for all of your help!

I’ve worked with the team over at Gemstone and highly recommend them to my clients who own and operate in the Southeast/Midwest regions. Gemstone is fantastic hands-on management firm providing a wide range of services for their clients’ portfolios.

DO NOT rent from this place. We had a storm in the house were a tree came into the house it took them a month to send someone to fix the damages. The tree was in my sons room and I let them know and the told us to just close the door to that room and it will be fine. So we had wildlife in the house due to it being a big hole in the roof and through the ceiling . If you have children and your concerned about the safety DONT EVEN do it. I will say the only person that did try to help was MR GIFT from the call center. I actually had to put in 20 ( no cap)work orders for them to send someone out. I have yet to get a call back from the property manager .Again if you have children RUN. You have be warned!!!!!
