I made a deposit on one of the properties in Bossier City, Louisiana, and waited almost five months to move into my apartment. However, I had to wait even longer, so I found another place. I did put down a $250 deposit at these apartments just to hold a unit, but I never signed a lease or even stayed in it. Now, they’re telling me I can’t get my deposit back. I’m not going to take this to court because that’s ridiculous! I never left the apartment at all!

This company's work ethic is second to none. Great job on damage control from the recent hurricane, across the board. Very knowledgeable and experienced staff. These guys are at the top of their game

I am so happy to have chosen Gemstone Property Management. They have provided top notch professional service and reply to all of my questions and emails promptly. I checked out several different companies but I feel that they are the most efficient and a pleasure to work with. Some other companies took days to reply back to me and were not personable at all. I highly recommend this company for anyone who wants their property to be managed by people who care and take the time to make sure you are satisfied. Thank you for all of your help!

Please stay away from these people. They are so unproffessional and don't like to pay for services they know had been perform. These are the 2nd attemp on writting these post they had threat me to remove on they were not going to pay us. I did remove it expecting our payment and saddly they just took advatange and we have not got our payment. Please be really careful and don't make bussiness with them.
