His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine dedication to residents have made my experience exceptional. Mr. Carlos made the move-in process smooth, stress-free, and welcoming. He was always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure everything was handled efficiently. Even after becoming a resident, he continues to be easy to reach, attentive, and committed to making sure the community is a great place to live. I thoroughly enjoy living in this community and am very happy with the management team. It is clear that Mr. Carlos takes pride in what he does, and his outstanding customer service and care for residents make a lasting impression. This company is so Janky it’s crazy. First off we got approved for a unit in Santa Fe. They took the application fee and everything, And then turn around and tell us that there’s electric problems with the units and not just this unit that we were looking at all units however, there are people already living there. So because we were approved for one of the units we put in a request to vacate the property that we were currently renting because we were doing month-to-month and we had until the first to get out. Now this company waited until very last minute and still hadn’t fixed the problem so we had to last-minute find somewhere else to live. That was so much fun. They offer us a refund for our application fee only for it to be a direct deposit check only so I can’t even cash the check to get my money back for the application because of how they made that check out to be. On top of all of this they don’t have a refund department phone number so only the people who you talk to (who put an applications) can talk to the refunds department.
