I had an excellent experience working with Kelli Bigby and her management team There is a process for qualifying a future tenant is detailed and extensive. In a good way!! Kelli managed the process with great tenacity and grace. Not to mention, she was ready to answer any questions that I may have. The care and diligence that it took to qualify the client is a representation of how they will care for them when they are in the home!
