I recently moved into a house that is managed by Propertycare. It has been a good experience so far. Upon moving in to the home we noticed a few things that needed attention, and management took care of them within a day or two. My wife and I are very pleased with our house and look forward to continuing our relationship with Propertycare management.

I rented from them for 2 years... they were okay but some things to take in were that every time there was an issue with the property they would send people to half way fix the issue and the same issue would keep happening. They woild come fix leaks and the leaks would still happen and they would come fix it again and same issue... when we moved in the carpets and house were not cleaned at all and I had to hire someone before I even moved in to do a deep clean and clean the carpets and had to contact them about pest control for an ant problem all before I could move in yet when moving out first off they didnt notify me that I had to turn the keys in to their office until two days after they were already late at the end of their day which means they were gonna be late... Secondly they said we needed to get the carpets professionally cleaned and call pest control after move out when none of those services were done for our move in. I am thinking it's so they can keep the deposit and not have to give any back. I dont like that I find it very scammy. They were nice but they also make the rent go up every year that you rent the houses from them. And tbh the house we rented was in a bad area and too expensive for all the problems and how outdated it was. It was a last minute pick house for us and we grew to regret it and couldn't wait to leave
