John is a fantastic person to work with. I have been using Real Property Management Affiliates for 4 years now. Very organized. Very responsive and proactive to keep the property in good shape. They also found me a very qualified very quickly and they were a fantastic tenant. Rented from me for 4 years and never missed a payment. John really vetted all the applicants and rented to the perfect candidate. I highly recommend, especially if you want hands off and let Real Property Management Affiliates handle everything.
You come to view a property and cannot even turn the electricity on so people can actually make a decision on weather or not they’d like to live there. Opened the backyard door to find a jungle. House smells like dog urine, carpets need replacing. Holes and a bad repair on all the walls. The only good thing was the layout of the house, everything else was unkept and you guys didn’t even try to resolve it, for 2000$ a month it should be in good condition.
My apartment is a small one bedroom place its very cozy and just right for me. Theres alot of issues but i have no problem fixing then. Its very peaceful place I don't interfere with the neighbors and they don't interfere with me. Im getting ready to retire and my next I probably be looking for a new cheaper place to meet my means but other then that the staff are very wonderful and understanding people. Thank you! I’ve heard horror stories on dealing with property management Companies, and this was my first time dealing with one, as I have either owned a home or lived in apartments. The staff at real property were nothing but helpful, punctual, knowledgeable, and the process from beginning to end.
