We recently worked with Real Property Management during our leasing process. Jay has been very helpful and responsive, and we truly appreciate his support throughout the steps. One area that could make the experience even smoother is simplifying some of the paperwork and procedures. The process felt a bit more complicated than expected. Regarding monthly rental payments, there are many options available, which is convenient. However, it seems that every payment method comes with an additional fee. I understand that using a credit card usually involves a processing fee, but I was surprised that even linking a bank account still includes an extra charge. It would be helpful if there were at least one fee‑free option for tenants. Overall, we appreciate the assistance we received, and I hope these suggestions can help improve the experience for future tenants.

My client and I had a very positive experience working with RPM Preferred. The process was smooth overall, and we truly appreciated the professionalism and support provided throughout. I do have one suggestion: it would be extremely helpful if tenant‑representing agents could receive a full copy of the executed lease once it’s accepted. Navigating screenshots with my client made it challenging to address her questions and concerns accurately. Having the full document would make the process even more efficient for everyone involved. Overall, great experience — and a special thank you to Jay Bergonio for his excellent assistance.

Hello, The Move in process was excellent! I had the pleasure of working with Jay as my coordinator, he helped step by step, asked Questions and he made sure I was up to date on every detail of the property. He connected me with a realtor making sure I could see the property and made sure to fix anything that I was to see wrong. Wonderful service.
