Latasha Solley was absolutely great to work with! She was very accommodating with our schedule, which made the whole process smooth. She was extremely thorough during the inspection and clearly marked everything that needed to be fixed. Latasha also took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a detailed and professional home inspector!

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I contacted maintenance about the bathroom sink being clogged I was told to get a hanger and fix it myself. A few days later there was a wet spot in the hallway carpet. A few days later the toilet stopped flushing. I again contacted the company and was again told that minor plumbing issues are the tenants issues. The next day the entire back yard was flooded. I sent pictures via email begging for help. The smell was soooooooo bad I did not want to go home. Finally someone came and notified the company that the pipes weren't clogged they were broken. I then emailed them again multiple times and each time they could not give me a time table for the repair. they continued sending vendor after vendor hoping someone would say its my fault. During this process one of the vendors accidently added me to the email chain. The vendor told them the issue was category 3 black water and demolition needed to be started immediately. still no movement. Stayed tuned for part 2.

Latasha Solley, the inspector, did a fabulous job with inspection. She answered all of my questions and she is also very friendly to which is perfect for me. She had a great introduction and she gave many recommendations. We had many great conversations to discuss about the situations occurring. Many problems were resolved and I recommend her for inspections! Manuel Barrera, is a great person! He has helped me and my husband by answering many questions about financial payments and made the process a whole lot easier! Any additional questions about maintenence were also answered. He is great and I personally recommend him for any questions about payment, bills and/or maintaince.
