When we were ready to purchase a home, Valerie helped us find the right home for our family, amazing school district and a pool! I couldn't be happier with my experience with the Diaz team. Sugarland Property Management is an outstanding company to do business with. I was new to the business of renting and selling my property. My property was handled with the utmost care and professionalism by their Management Team. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. This company totally exceeded my expectations. In addition to managing my property (for some years), they also served as my Real Estate agent who sold my property as well. Their marketing, negotiation skills, and their attention to detail made the process extremely easy, not to mention profitable. I was very blessed to have their agency listed my house. Increasing rating from 1 star to 3 star based on recent experience. Pre-rental experience is exceptional so 5 stars for that experience. Maintenance department has a lots of scope of improvement but experience improved from extremely poor to moderately poor with maintenance. That's why rating improved. Example of maintenance poor performance: (1) Broken roof for more than 2 weeks and (2) $453.41 electricity bill a month (for a 4 bed property in sugar land) because maintenance department failed to do their due dilligence and decided it is ok to turn off 1 out of 2 AC for months. If anyone feel those are reasonable maintenance experience, then I am sure rest of your experience will be great! NOTE: if you ever wonder why there are not enough negative reviews online, they literally harass people for writing negative reviews.
