They are able to handle big and small issues with ease and professionalism. I have had other property management services and Texas Renters is a cut above.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for Jennifer the Lease Administration and Jimmy from the Maintenance Department for their outstanding customer service. Jennifer was incredibly helpful in assisting with my son’s transfer to a different unit. She responded promptly to every email, kept us informed throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful situation smooth and easy. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were truly appreciated. Jimmy has also been exceptional. Every time my son or I called or texted him about a maintenance issue, he answered promptly and addressed every concern with professionalism and care. His willingness to help and his dedication to providing excellent service have made a tremendous difference. Both Jennifer and Jimmy consistently go above and beyond for residents.
