BEWARE⚠️ If you hate call centers, being placed on hold, or having to call repeatedly just to get basic things done, be aware that this office requires phone calls for nearly everything. Whether you need to schedule an appointment, reschedule, ask a question, or handle other appointment-related issues, you will likely have to call and wait. What makes this especially frustrating is that patients can be charged significant fees for missed appointments or late cancellations, yet the office requires phone calls for many scheduling-related issues and is often extremely difficult to reach. When you’re sitting on hold for 10, 15, 20, or even 30 minutes just trying to make a change, it creates the impression that patients are being put in an impossible position. If someone is trying to cancel or reschedule within the required time frame but cannot get anyone to answer the phone, they may still end up facing a fee. Whether intentional or not, the system feels designed in a way that benefits the office while placing all of the burden and risk on the patient.

Dr.Ameerah Ali is really good. She listens to what you are saying, and some how hears what you are not saying. But if you are honest with your self and truthful as well .You will get what you need and what you are looking for. But you must do the work to better yourself. By following the recommendations!

The two psychiatrists i have worked with are wonderful. They listen wwll. They let youvspeak before aakunf questions. I am so glad I stayed with LifeStaance. Dr. Tara Kemens has moved on toua new position elsewhere, butshe made sure I has current meds before she left. My new therapist, Dr. Omolara Jowojori, is delightful. She is sweet and smiles all the time. After one visit, i know I'll be happy having her as my therapist

Haven’t seen a therapist yet booked appointment for May 28, 2026. Rushed my child to hospital over the weekend and am In hospital with my daughter so I called to cancel appointment phone finally picks up and inform them that I need to cancel appointment as I am in the hospital with my daughter and I am told that cancellation is going to cost me $100 because I missed the 48hour window for cancellation. Trash. This should be a place for mental health refuge not added stress and pressure. Rep. Has me on hold as she said she was transferring to to someone else. Been on hold for 25+ minutes.

The therapist I matched with Jylia Lobanova is a thief! She didn’t show up to my appointment after waiting for an hour then had the audacity to bill not only my insurance but a late fee for $100 . She didn’t even show up
