Overall disappointed with our experience. We used a realtor to find our apartment since we were coming from out of state and were unable to tour in person. Our realtor was friendly and listened to what we said we were looking for, but kind of fell short when sending us complexes. We then sent apartments we found online and asked her to tour them for us (take pics, videos, etc). The complex we went with was one that we had found. She toured a unit, but told us there was one available just like it on the second floor that also had a balcony. Our quote came with a photo of the layout, which included a balcony. When we moved in we realized that there wasn’t a balcony, and we saw that the unit was dirty (it took us days to scrub clean). She was not the most helpful when it came to contacting the building. She often would say she “called the complex multiple times and no one answered,” however when i would call myself they always answered promptly. We had to figure out the leasing ourselves - we really only were assisted with photos and pricing (which we were fine with!). We were hoping she would put in the effort to help make it right since our unit was not what we were lead to believe - especially since we paid to ship our deck furniture all the way to Texas. She has really only been attentive when it comes to making sure she gets her commission. Looking back, we should have just done this whole process ourself, especially since we feel like we had to do 90% of it anyway.

My partner and I had the pleasure of working with Barbra Cheadle at Braden Real Estate Group for both the sale of my previous home and the purchase of our new one. From our very first meeting, Barb took the time to understand our expectations, timelines, and level of knowledge, as well as how much guidance we would need throughout the process. It quickly became clear that we made an excellent team—we were prepared, and she was exceptionally organized, timely, and efficient. On our first day of touring, Barb provided us with very nice portfolios, with high grade pens, filled with printouts of each house we were viewing so we could take notes as we went and discuss and review later. Y’all, these were pro-grade supplies, and the extra mile to make things easily manageable is so appreciated! Our timeline speaks for itself: 10/22/2025 – Began the buying and selling process 12/17/2025 – Closed on our new home 1/30/2026 – Closed on the sale of our previous home The entire experience was fast, smooth, and extremely well‑managed. Barb kept us focused on our goals and boundaries, and her communication was consistent and clear every step of the way. We found our new home on the second day of touring—one of two we immediately loved—and although negotiations took time as the sellers aligned with our offer, Barb handled the process with patience and professionalism. We even began exploring a new-build option before the opportunity to purchase came full circle, and she navigated both paths seamlessly. Our search for the new home lasted under a month, though we were prepared for a 6-month time frame. One the day of closing, Barb set up a mobile notary to close at the house, and even set up an amazing food spread, with some goodies for the new house. It was so nice, and over the top! The sale went quickly too. We had immediate buyers, had one fall through, and the second one stuck once the house went back on the market. I am very thankful and fortunate that my former home didn’t require any work to be done to make it sellable and moved very quickly. On the day it sold, Barb also surprised us with a nice gift basket that again, just puts our buying and selling experience over the top! Barb is supported by a strong team that helped keep every part of the buying and selling process on track. She also has an impressive network of reliable and skilled vendors who proved invaluable in helping us maintain our timeline and ensure a smooth transition. If you value organization, proactive communication, and a realtor who truly partners with you, Barbra Cheadle is exceptional. We are grateful for her guidance, expertise, and commitment to helping us achieve our goals.

Let me tell you about Nicole, Dejeane and Kristi! My experience with them and the Braden Realty Group was filled with support, kindness, understanding, limitless knowledge attentiveness and patience. I truly felt like I was in the hands of family from the minute I met Nicole and Dejeane. I told them what I wanted and they delivered! Nicole was my voice at all the paper signings asking questions and getting confirmations on things I didn’t know anything about. She was not letting anything slide! Dejeane captured my little’s heart (my 2 year old) during a full day of touring homes and was beyond patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. Kristi kept my timeline clean, organized and informed. Quick replies and answered all my “silly” questions. And the support didn’t stop after I closed! I literally messaged them today for the closest mailbox to get my keys (haha) and yesterday when I couldn’t find the breaker box for the WiFi install.I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so! Thank you just doesn’t seem like enough!
