The Chris and Cab team, including Monica, are professional and thoughtful in every sense of those words. Navigating a home buying or selling journey never gets easier, no matter how many times you do it, but they are always prepared to roll with any surprises that come up. The level of communication and explanation I got from this team gave me so much reassurance about the thought and consideration they put into every decision. I felt totally confident that the team would represent and prioritize my needs first even if I couldn’t be present for every moment of the deal. And as a plus, they have great relationships with inspectors, lenders, and other services you might need to close your deal. I truly can’t wait to work with this team again.

They are extremely knowledgeable about the industry but beyond that, they really went above and beyond to help us.
