Working with Evan and his family-run team was an outstanding experience and directly led to a better financial outcome on my home sale than I expected. Pilar and Celena did an incredible job staging the home — it looked significantly better than I thought possible and made a huge difference in how it showed both in person and online. Evan also coordinated contractors to handle interior and exterior paint and prep, and everything was done with a high level of care and attention to detail. Where Evan really stood out was in his market knowledge and pricing strategy. Based on his research, pre-marketing efforts, and the strength of the presentation, he recommended listing at a higher price than I was initially comfortable with.
