I cannot say enough good things about this team but in particular about our wonderful realtor Ashley! She is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. There are levels, and let me tell you Ashley is top. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the market, but she also knows everything there is to know about house maintenance, contractors, electricians, lenders you name it. For new house owners like ourselves, Ashely has become our home guru - she helped us find THE perfect house and negotiate a great deal, she’s incredibly efficient, was always positive and kind when we wanted to see houses (we saw a lot of houses!), always responsive, caring, honest and on your side. I've worked with Ashley and the Houston Broker Team twice, once on a new construction purchase and once on a sale. The two situations were very different, but one thing stayed consistent: they showed up exactly the way I needed each time. Whether it was staging the home for sale or working alongside me at the design center, they made sure I was in good hands. They let things move slower or faster as needed, always keeping the focus on making sure I was happy with the pacing and had the information I needed. When I felt stuck, Ashley helped me weigh options and was clear in her recommendations. In a crowded market with no shortage of real estate agents, and as someone who has now bought and sold homes in three states, I couldn't recommend Ashley and the Houston Broker Team more highly.

Professionalism at its best. Great service, listens to all questions, day or evening. Always caring, always giving their time. Found our house using this team. Ashley, was the kindest Broker. So on point. Understood what we wanted right away. Showed us perfect hones, showed us some we wanted to see, to give us different options. Then knew what we wanted. Took us to that home, and we fell in love with it. Walked us through the whole process, step by step. Perfection. Perfection. Great team. The Realty/Broker businesses is hard. Lots of stress. Not once did this team show any stress. Ashley, particularly took the time to walk me through our house we now own, virtually. I was not there, my husband was. I was in Michigan, and she personally walked me through a video of home. Things got done fast. From looking to final sale. Closed exceptionally fast. As stated above perfect Professionalism. .
