Jacob is such an amazing realtor! He really helped me through the home buying process. He explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and he truly advocated for me! He is extremely knowledgeable and he connects you with good people. He was able to negotiate around $16,000 total discount for the house I was closing on. I’ve been working with him for a while and it feels amazing to finally find the right home. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor!!

5 Stars! Jacob and I were connected over a year ago when a friend recommended him to help sell my wife’s old home. It took awhile to get the home on the market and he patiently worked with us for the duration so that when we went to market, our home had a contract on it within days. Jacob is an excellent realtor. He was communicative and thorough throughout the entire home buying process. He was always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I was given all the right information and if I had questions he would make sure to get the answer.
