If you are looking for a reputable realty company with experienced agents, professionalism, and great customer service, please do yourself a favor and RUN as far as you can. My husband and I have been dealing with the most unprofessional agent we have ever encountered (Vanesa Soto) in our life. This agent does little to no marketing, her strategies are ineffective, she has POOR communication and will ghost you mid text message communication, especially when she 's lying and can't figure out how to get out of it. This agent switched brokerage firms from NextGen on last month, did not inform us, took it upon herself to update her new broker info in MLS, did not even give us the opportunity to say if wanted to go to the new broker, did not provide a new listing agreement, and when we accidentally discovered what happened, only then did they provide us with a Transfer of Listings document to sign, which was unethically backdated to last month to cover their deceit. No one from NextGen bothered to inform us of anything of the switch as well, As we had already been reaching out to Onyx group regarding concerns with Vanesa, Enrique Buenrostro finally responded and simply wished us luck on a quick sale after casually mentioning via FB Messenger that Vanesa was no longer with Onyx Group/NextGen. We gave them all an opportunity to resolve this matter, but instead, Andrea Tran and Julia Wang declined meeting with us due to me filing a complaint on Vanesa Soto with TREC. Do yourselves a favor and find a reputable real estate broker and agents who are value professionalism and ethics.

Being from NY and looking for a place in Houston was difficult. Having Albert as my realtor made things so easy and smooth without me physically having to be here. Once I signed off on the building, Albert would drop by the house and send me weekly updates with photos and give me status updates so I was in the know. He is always available to answer any questions I have day or night. Definitely recommend him for any future house buying!

Coming into this Pearland area, I wasn’t sure where I wanted to stay in terms of distance to my job in Freeport. A friend of ours referred my wife and I to Vanessa Thompson whom found us a rental home that was in a great neighborhood and was not a bad commute for either of us most mornings. After a couple years in the rental home, we decided to purchase our own home. It was January 2020 and I don’t think I need to explain how that year went. We decided we wanted a house built and Vanessa showed us a new neighborhood that was yet to be started. The land had a small trailer for the building manager and nothing else. Despite the rough terrain of black dirt and our lack of imagination, Vanessa helped us see where our first home was gonna be built. During the pandemic while businesses were shutting down and layoffs all around, Vanessa told us everything was gonna be alright. She called to check on us every other day to remind us we would be in our dream home soon. We closed a month earlier than the original date projected. Vanessa was always there when we needed her and available anytime we had questions. She was always on time for our meetings and made sure we knew what we were getting ourselves into when any decisions were made. She’s the real deal.

Our realtor was Airlia Arreola and she was the absolute best! We were first time home buyers and pretty nervous, but Airlia was super friendly, patient and really took the time to understand what my husband and I were looking for. We're pretty particular but she totally nailed it! Every house she showed us felt like a real contender. She was always so quick to respond, kept us in the loop throughout the entire process, and made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. We found our prefect family home and couldn't recommend her more!
