We first started working with Patrick and Yolonda in 2018, and from day one they were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home. They showed us countless properties over the course of two years, and not once did we ever feel pressured to buy something just to make a sale. Instead, they took the time to walk us through every step of the process, answer every question we had, and make sure we felt confident along the way. It truly felt like they wanted us to find the home that was meant for us. In 2020, we finally found our perfect home, and Patrick and Yolonda were amazing throughout the entire buying process. From submitting our offer to explaining the closing process and being there through signing day, they made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and exciting. We absolutely loved the home we purchased. When it came time to sell our home, there was never a question about who we would call. Since we had moved out of the area, Patrick and Yolonda went above and beyond to help us. During a freeze, they even went to the house to make sure the pool equipment was protected and walked through the property to make sure everything was okay. That level of care and dedication is something you simply don't find every day. Because they took the time to educate us during our first home purchase, we knew exactly what to expect throughout the selling process as well. They don't just help you buy or sell a house. They make sure you understand the process and feel supported every step of the way. Patrick and Yolonda are, without a doubt, the best realtors you could ask for. Their entire team is just as wonderful. There is always someone available to answer the phone, respond to questions, and help with anything you need, no matter how small or silly you think your question may be. We can't recommend Patrick, Yolonda, and their team highly enough. She answered any questions we had and made sure we understood every thing. This is more of a testimony than a review might I add first. Let me start by saying that my spouse and I were told “no” even when we had everything that was needed and more. Can you believe this mess??!!! We just knew that wasn’t true. We had been through the house buying cycle for over a year before we were referred to Realty Kings. When it took us less than 3 months to turn our dream into a reality with Realty Kings. Mr. King is absolutely the man he says he is, his team is PHENOMENAL! I swear they work 24/7 with no sleep it seems because no matter the time of day they are working to make sure your dream comes true. We had the best experience with this company. At times they actually sat on the phone with us for hours explaining the different kinds of mortgages, what everything meant and what to research on our own as well. The day we signed everything they came by with a bottle of champagne to celebrate with us. It was amazing and I could not recommend them more.
