Briana Ramos did an amazing job helping me. Not only did she communicate great, but was very attentive through the whole process. We were able to find a home we love on the first stop! She was able to answer all the questions I had, and made sure to check in with updates without us having to ask! She was super sweet and honest through it all. She is also a great advocate on voicing what we needed fixed before we moved in! She was also able to work out my hectic schedule. She truly cares about her clients.

Purchasing a home for the first time can be incredibly scary and overwhelming, but Nataly my realtor made the entire experience feel so much easier. She was truly so amazing, kind, patient, informative, accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer every question I had and always made sure I understood what was happening each step of the way. I never once felt rushed or pressured, and her support and guidance made such a big difference during such an important milestone in my life. I’m so grateful to have had someone like her in my corner. I will absolutely recommend her to everyone I know who is looking to buy or sell a home!

My husband and I attempted to view a home in Conroe that was for lease through the realtor Jennifer Rocha. The fist appointment was on 3/14 at 10:00 am and she was a no show. She asked if we would be available on 3/15 at 11:00 am. Reluctantly, my husband agreed. Drove 20 mile again to receive a text at 11:00 am that an application was under consideration. So 2 days in a row our time was wasted. I understand her actions are reflection of he but she operates under Surge Realty. I will never ever do business or consider any business with Surge Realty. Do better!
