Tizita Mekonnen was a truly fantastic agent! I was looking for a rental property in April, with a million specifications. I'm a single woman, and was seeking a safe, spacious and open 2bdrm condo/home that was spacious and functional for storage and guests (especially family traveling to stay with me), and within a non-profit manager's budget. Alex was the best. As a (fairly confused) renter, I’ve never had a realtor take the time to really help and break things down in a way that made sense. He stayed patient even when a tour added over an hour of traffic when the freeway was shut down. He was consistently communicative - a trait that seems impossible to find lately.
