We had a great experience working with Derrick Crain and his team during our move from Florida to Texas. Derrick was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the process, which made things much smoother during a long-distance move. He was helpful in guiding us through the steps and remained responsive whenever we had questions. Even after closing, he’s continued to be available and supportive, which we appreciate ALOT!! Paige Bowman was great to work with—very knowledgeable with the numbers and detail-oriented. She played an important role in helping my wife and I secure our dream home with our financing! Overall, we’re thankful for Derrick, Paige, and the team for helping us through the process and getting us into our home.

David Outlaw did an incredible job for my wife and I on buying our first home. He did the leg work on all major steps in the process which took away quite a bit of stress along the way. His professional network and years of experience really added value throughout but especially when we were able to get quick price quotes on repairs found during the inspection inside the option period. His market analysis was in depth and accurate to help us put in a winning offer below asking. Buying a home while moving from out of state was one of the most stressful experiences we've been through, but Derrick made the entire process so much easier. As an active-duty service member, it meant a lot working with another veteran because I truly felt like I was in good hands.
