In my search, I met several realtors who were more interested in the “what’s in it for them” verses the “what can I do for you” and well, I had the pleasure of finally meeting and working with an amazing people passionate realtor, Brianna Martinez. Her diligence, kindness, patience, and heart to serve her customers went beyond words!! Because of her amazing service, we found the perfect home! She went above and beyond what we expected. She made a first time buyer’s dream a reality come true. We were blessed to be served by someone not only young, but knowledgeable and passionate enough to make things come together smoothly for us. She’s a diamond and one we will forever be grateful to have had the pleasure and privilege to have worked with during our search. There's an agent that works there name Patricia Ibarre. She is very unprofessional, but wants to sound professional while trying to make shady deals. She is working with my ex wife and selling a secondary property ww have. At first with pictures, she listed the property at $200,000. Now we're at $110,000 and according to the court decree, my ex and I both have to agree on the price. It was last posted at $134,000. I don't agree with the $110,000. At first, the property was listed as a nice family home, now it's an investor's property. Her interaction with my ex isn't business, but a friendship. Any agent i know would tell their client/clients what needs to be done to sell the property in orderly fashion. That's not happening here. They are forcing a buyout at the very lowest level. I find thos unacceptable and disgusting from seeing the pictures of the conditions. By the way, this isn't a foreclosed property. This is a home that was an investment property that my ex and I embarked on, but it quickly became family property that her son lived in since 2016 for free. Also I like to add that the before pictures must be filtered. If you want a good agent, please, do yourself and bypass Patricia. She will try to sell you snake oil

I was recommended VIVE realty by a friend and I know when my friend recommended…it means quality! I will be more specific…She recommended Ms Sandra and I am so glad I called her. I called her months in advance of when I needed a home. Very patient, extremely polite, helpful, calm…she takes her time to explain everything. But what I appreciated the most it was her encouragements when we were turned down! You can tell Ms Sandra loves her job. I recommend her a 1000 times. Thank you Ms Sandra!
