Like many in our neighborhood, the May hail storm trashed our roof and gutters. My neighbor had used M&M recently and I was impressed with the job they did on his home. Firstly - Tamara is amazing! She worked with me from the original inspection, to meeting with the insurance adjuster to monitoring the work and inspecting the final job. Her communication was thorough and timely and really helped with the process since we were out of town for some weeks between the storm and start of the replacement. The crew replaced my roof on the hottest day of the year (I felt so sorry for those guys) and did a great job, including a really thorough clean up afterward. The insurance check came through quickly and I was able to pay them today. They did the inspection for free and never asked for any upfront funds throughout the process. Having some slight (and very old) experience with roofing, it was a well done and timely job from start to finish, despite Mother Nature's best efforts to slow it down with torrential rains for the last week! Again, you can't go wrong with this company, and you will not find a better advocate than Tamara!

I had a great experience working with M & M Roofing for my roof repair. The team was professional, responsive, and took the time to explain the issue and repair process clearly. They scheduled the work quickly and were very helpful throughout the entire process. A special thanks to Christopher for his support, responsiveness, and willingness to work with me on the repair. I truly appreciate the professionalism and customer service provided throughout the process. The repair was completed professionally, and communication was excellent from start to finish. I would definitely recommend M & M Roofing to anyone looking for reliable and honest roofing service. Thank you again for the support and quality work!

Recently we had our whole front fascia on our house torn off by the weight of clogged gutters. We called M&M on a Friday, and they had one of their guys out on Saturday to assess the damage. He put together proposals for both replacing the Hardie Fascia, and putting up new gutters. By Monday morning the crew was out putting up the new fascia, and replacing some ceiling soffit where water had softened the wood over time. They even painted the whole front porch and columns as part of the package. Everything was professionally done, and the end result looks great. Oscar, the crew chief, and his entire crew were very respectful, and did a first rate job cleaning up the area when they were done. A few days later, Harvey and his gutter crew installed the new gutters. This work was also top notch, and the color match perfect. Our service professional, Greg, made sure everything went off without a hitch. We highly recommend M&M Roofing, Siding, & Windows to anyone needing to improve their home.

On 10Apr26 our gutters were clogged, and the weight of the water tore our entire front fascia off the house, taking the gutters with them. We called M&M, and the next morning (Saturday) Greg and his crew chief Oscar showed up to see what was needed. Monday morning the crew went to work and put up new Hardie fascia. They also replaced some rotting wood on the front porch ceiling and columns. Then they painted the whole front of the house. It all went very well and looks great. Oscar's crew were so polite, and made everything look easy. Then Harvey and his gutter crew installed the new gutters, which also look great. We couldn't be happier with the whole project, from timely response, to reasonable pricing, to professionalism by all involved. We will definitely use M&M again, when the need arises

M&M Roofing, Siding & Windows did an incredible job on our house in Lake Jackson! We have an older 1960's house that was in desperate need of an upgrade! The windows were those old single-paned ones, and the house didn't have insulation, and the siding was falling apart... so we had them replace the windows, put in insulation and upgrade our siding to the James Hardie siding. Our gutters ended up not matching after we changed up the color scheme on the outside, (but they were also damaged from the storm in July) so we ended up replacing those, as well , at the end of the project. John Specion was our contact throughout the entire process, and he is the most friendly, patient, understanding guy you could ask for when contracting work. He worked with us and our budget, and made any adjustments we asked for without question! Highly recommend M&M, and I can't recommend John enough!
