To give me an estimate they were there early. They're neatly dressed for came in the house he put on hoodies over his boots so not to get anything on the carpet took pictures. Spent probably almost 2 hours here came in the house showed me different type of shingles it went through the warranty process how long will it be before I got an estimate and check to make sure he had my right email. As we had any questions and then he left. Very polite very courteous very professional I would highly recommend!!!!

I can't recommend Precision Roof Crafters highly enough! They have been consistently professional, reliable, and easy to work with. They are always on time, responsible, and incredibly easy to get in touch with whenever I have questions. They've installed a new roof and new attic fans for me, and the quality of their work has been outstanding. Abel is fantastic—he always takes the time to explain exactly what is being done, makes sure I understand the process, and follows up afterward to make sure everything is working properly and that I'm completely satisfied. I also signed up for their maintenance program, and it's one of the best decisions I've made. They proactively call every year to schedule my roof inspection, so I never have to remember or worry about it. It's great knowing my roof is being looked after without having to think about it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

The Precision team is great. Very knowledgeable , efficient and reasonable to deal with. I felt their pricing was reasonable and they were willing to take on my job even though it had some quirks (3 story home and only a small portion of the roof needed repairs), which some of the other large players in Houston were not able / willing to do. Highly recommend, especially for complex / bespoke roofing jobs.

This was my first time using their service. I appreciate their promptness and professionalism. Santee was transparent about pricing, evaluated my issues, took some readings, and followed up with others after everything came back normal. Though I didn’t need any services, I value the thorough assessment and honesty. I will be recommending PRC to my neighbors.

I am very satisfied with Precision Roof Crafters. Zach was able to meet with me quickly and assess the issues I was having with my roof. The quote he provided was detailed, reasonable, and easy to understand. The repair was completed much faster than I expected, and the quality of the work was excellent. I appreciate the professionalism and efficiency throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.
