A great experience from start to finish. Saw Gary Pinina and his team on a roofing job in my neighborhood a few weeks ago. I was so impressed by the work that I’d observed that I asked for a quote. We thought that their pricing was reasonable and fair so we agreed to proceed. They just finished today; took a little over 2 days. Gary was great. He made all the arrangements and his team showed up on time ready to work. As any questions arose, we’d contact Gary and he would make any needed adjustments. Julio was the site supervisor of a 6 to 8 person team. Super professional, calm and competent. His team was very capable and highly motivated. They covered the pool, pool equipment, a/c equipment and shrubs with tarps before they started work. Before we knew it, we had a new roof. As part of the cleanup, they swept the entire yard with magnets to pick up any and all nails. After they left us with a new roof, it was as though they’d never been here. Again, an outstanding job all around.

Southwestern Roofing is one of the most professional organizations I have dealt with. Their representative Gary was very knowledgeable, very unassuming and a very friendly individual. He was very upfront about the roof replacement I needed to get done on my nearly 6000 sft home, the cost and timing of the job. The leader of the work crew Julio was also so impressive that he was one of the main reasons I was convinced I should get my old roof replaced by this team. And what a team of hard working young men Julio had! I am so glad I spent the roughly $28k to get a brand new roof from such an organization!

Southwestern Roofing replace my roof 22 years ago. Houston weather has been a little rough over that time. I would have stretched it a few more if not for a leaky skylight. It was time. Also on removal list was a 2nd story fireplace in the Primary. It was cute at first, but years fighting bee hives and birds nesting removed that cozy feeling. The reason I chose Southwestern is for a partner that will stand behind their work. If there is a problem, it is addressed. No excuses. I like that about them. Many thanks to Gary Pinina (our original salesman from 2004) for coordinating the group. Raul did fantastic workmanship on the fireplace removal. Looks like it was never there. Julio and the roof team competed installation in one day. The team did a great job on protecting plants and cleanup.

We are so happy with Southwestern. They did a lot amazing job on our new roof in November of 2025. At that point we asked them for a quote on their remodeling services as we wanted to renovate our main bathroom. They started in early February and we are in awe of our new space. From 1992 blah to modern WOW! Seriously every time we walk in there we can't believe the change! Luis and his team were wonderful and worked with us to give us exactly what we wanted. We will happily use SW again and would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Been working with Southwestern Roofing for over 20 years. My previous roofer was Luis Flores, he passed away from cancer last year. They set me up with Carlos and he’s done a great job for me and my clients. Very reasonable and kinds. Good experience every time!! Thanks!!
