Everything about my visit to Cheba Hut was amazing. I'm a stoner, haha so the interior atmosphere is extremely dope. The man at the register is a breath of fresh air in terms of customer service - he's super energetic and it made us change our mind about sitting down and enjoying the space itself. The food speaks for itself, it's amazing. They even passed out snacks to try. Everything about this place is quirky and against the norm.

Honestly, the wait was worth the 30+ minutes it took to order and receive my food. I came back after trying Cheba Hut at work for lunch, and I enjoyed my sub so much that I had to come back. Now, I thought I could just stop by and grab my order in about five minutes… that was not the case. It took well over 30 minutes. However, I do want to recognize the customer service, especially the gentleman in the red shirt who was running the cash wrap. He was very attentive and made sure orders were moving and getting out to customers. When I followed up on my order (about 20+ minutes in), he let me know there were about 9–10 subs ahead of mine due to a lot of online orders. Once I got my food, I thanked him and let him know next time I’ll definitely be ordering online. If you’re planning to grab lunch and not dine in, I highly recommend ordering ahead to save time. Now, the food… the sub was 10/10 amazing. I got the Jamaican Red Buffalo Chicken. Highly recommend. The only thing I want to point out is there was a guy working with bell peppers who came to the front line and started handling food for customers. He had on gloves and headphones, but when a customer asked him a question, he used his gloved hand to move his headphones, then went right back to handling food without changing gloves. Other than that, I’ll definitely be back!!!!

My sandwich was honestly pretty good (Sensi Kush) for what it is, but it wasn't what I ordered (Miswest Club). I didn't want to make a fuss because I didn't ask for a receipt and I had admittedly already eaten half of the sandwich before I realized the dijonaisse was just mayonnaise - and that there was no other meats beside bacon! Hinestly maybe a good compliment but it started dawning on me that it wasnt what I ordered :( I will come back some time in the future to try and get my sandwich again

This place is so rad!!!!! I love coming here w my boyfriend we plan to have everything on the menu, top tier aesthetic from the outside and in , drinks amazing food amazing staff amazing,well one time I visibly saw the server take my food to another table then took it back to the kitchen then came out and asked if we were the ones that ordered these, then a min later brings it out to us but other than thatttt I love this place and how detailed it is, I have yet to have and alcoholic drink but from what I saw the menu looks interesting, I will keep swinging by and trying everything out 🍻

Wow oh wow! This is like subway if it was cooler and wayyyy tastier. I got the Midwest melt and MANNN, what a tasty sub! Service was quick at 10pm on a Friday night. Place is super chill and a vibe. Their food leaves you with such an impression, youll want to come back!
