Amazing experience! Valery provided outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and welcoming. She took the time to recommend the best sandwich based on what I like, and her recommendation was absolutely delicious! If you’re not sure what to order, ask for Valery. She’ll guide you through the menu, answer your questions, and help you choose the perfect sandwich. She truly made my visit enjoyable with her kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this location not only for the great food but also for the exceptional service. Thank you, Valery! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I’ve been an occasional customer since this place first opened. Honestly, in the beginning it was pretty rough, slow service, incorrect orders, and the sandwiches just weren’t as good as what I was used to getting in California. That said, I kept coming back every now and then hoping things would improve, and I’m glad I did. My last few visits have been great. The sandwiches have been fresh and really tasty, and the customer service has been solid. I also spoke with Jose, and he mentioned he’s been working hard to turn things around, and it definitely shows. It's my go to sandwich shop now. Not sure why they don’t have more locations yet, but I hope they expand soon!

I tried this place for the first time yesterday 03/16/26 and I think I've fallen in love this was the best sandwich I've had in a long time. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable also this is day 2 and I'm here again..

Very good sandwich. Super tasty. But too expensive. It’s unfortunate. I’d hit this place up all the time if the sandwiches were reasonably priced. I paid $17 plus the obligatory tip, so $20 for an 8” Italian sub. No chips and a drink; just the sandwich. I’ll go sometimes because the sandwiches are definitely good, but not as often as I would like because of the price.

We love Ike’s and their incredible sandwiches (always get your order with the Dutch bread!!), but we typically don’t eat in except on the rare occasion like today - we came in for lunch, and after ordering we waited for awhile for our sandwiches before the staff realized there had been a mistake on the board for placing our order. They turned around our sandwiches quickly after that, and the manager came over to let us know that they he had comped our whole lunch. This is the type of service and genuine kindness that’s hard to come by at restaurants these days, and we’re very grateful for his generosity.
