I want to thank Jalesa, Xenia, Christina, the entire team. I apologize if I missed anyone’s name but I appreciate ALL of your efforts to ensure we received a large order for breakfast and lunch for 2-3 days. You ALL are Awesome! We realize it took a lot of work ina short period of time you accommodated our request arriving early, with a team to deliver. This is my second or 3rd time coming to this location for service and I have to reward the staff on their friendliness and smiles. The guy at the register was very patient with me, I don’t remember his name but he was the one in the middle of The other 2 cashiers (kinda the corner register) Jalisa (could be spelling that wrong) but the young lady with the pretty smile who was running and calling out the orders by To-Go was very effective and efficient in making sure everyone got all they requested while still holding your companies family- like standard ! Also lastly the tall manager with dreads always is super friendly and steadfast with assisting me and the other customers. I appreciate you guys you can’t beat that 5 star service !

*Quick update: the managers offered me a free meal due to my previous experience and I ordered the Shelly’s Deli Chicken Sandwich. Much better than the bowl and I appreciate their initiative to make things right. 🙂 Went here for a quick work lunch. I had never been to Jason’s deli and I was excited they had healthy “bowls.” I ordered the modern med bowl with no cheese and pickled onions. It looked good but the moment I took a bite of cold chicken, I instantly regretted my decision. The chicken was not only refrigerator cold but hard and not tasty. The quinoa was unlike any quinoa I’ve ever tried and not in a good way. There was mostly lettuce with the toppings in small portions and the tomatoes were borderline bad. I ate a few bites and had to throw it out. A waste of $13 😔

I've been to this deli in Dallas, although back in the 90s. They have a great selection of sandwiches, and my favorite baked spuds 😋🤤 Although I seem to remember they had more topping choices for the spuds back then, but they're still delicious!

Nothing worst than giving your number to the cashier to see what deli deals you have, given the option to choose what cookie you want and then getting to the office and finding out he didn't even put it in😔 Changed my rating from a 1 to a 5 because they reached out without any further interaction from me showing they truly care about the customer service we receive.
