Stopped by to get the new item on the menu- hummus and chips and it was horrendous to say the least! And portion is little, not ordering that again! Don’t recommend, it’s really bad. Service is always good tho

The heavy set Caucasian lady at the front counter right now 4/2 at 12:09 pm was absolutely so rude her demeanor was irritated and very much “I don’t know what you are talking about” she looked at me side eyeing me without me saying a word before I was trying to ask her about something on the menu. Did I upset you Maam being a curious customer ? Are you a racist ? Are you having a bad day? What did I do to deserve that are you frustrated do you need a day off? Either way I hope you have a good one and I hope Jimmy John’s give you a much needed fresh vacation so you won’t ever have to treat anyone like that. God bless!

Just tried the new kickin' chicken and was not impressed. The commercial sold me to go try it, but the sandwich was complete disappointment. All I could taste was bread and sauce that's more mayo than spicy. Too many sauces on that particular sandwich and not sure if that's the way it's supposed to be. I liked the rotisserie chicken from subway and hoped this was an alternative since it went away. On a positive note, no issues with store because they were quick and friendly.

I love the staff here. They've managed to figure out who I am and always say hi and even chat with me a few times when they're in between the rush. They always make the sandwiches quickly and of the Jimmy John's I've been to, these guys are by far the fastest. And they've always been friendly with me.
