The girl in red hair harass DoorDash and UberEats deliveries on bike she harassed me and threat me on phone call that she keep calling my phone and harassing me. I’m ready to find lawyer and ready to sue her with order restrain even if it stains her record.
When I got to my desk noticed the coke bottle was flat and it was expired. I’ve tried to contact them but seems they don’t care. Service is kinda rude. They only have 3 workers. Don’t know if it’s under staffed or everyone else is hiding in the back
Ok, so I feel like I may get in trouble for letting the general public know that most places to eat in downtown Houston are UNDERGROUND!! Nobody talks about this and being from out of town, it took us a whole day to figure out where everything was. BUT...good luck getting down there! 2 places in the whole downtown to enter from the street. It's wild!!!! So, anyway, this Potbelly location was great! But only if you can find it! Best of luck.
Skimpiest, smallest, saddest sandwich we've ever had.... No flavor, not enough meat. I got the turkey club, and she got a wreck... Both of us were disappointed, first time at Potbelly's, i don't like that you can't see the other side, you can't see the meats, the toppings, or the condition of what's being put in your sandwich. Potbelly's is pretty much a subways, same meats and cold cuts... I expected better quality... Last time we come.
The food is good, but They are always short staffed. Don’t order online! It will be faster for you to just wait in line. They appear to prioritize people waiting in line over on-line orders.
