First time having it first time stepping out my zone with a sandwich called BIG WRECK and when I tell you they didn’t disappoint THEY DIDNT DISAPPOINT AT ALL EVERYTHING WAS GOOD AND FRESH NO MISTAKES WERE MADE FROM THE SANDWICH MAKERS/TAKERS TO THE CASHIER thank you oh even the kiddos enjoyed the pizza melt 🤩🔥😎☄️🎉🤤🤯

Shawndra truly went above and beyond to save my catering order after a snafu with EZ Cater. Her communication, quick thinking, and dedication turned a stressful situation into a great experience. I highly recommend this Potbelly location for any event. The service, support, and attention to detail were excellent from start to finish. Thank you, Shawndra!

A decent sandwich option in downtown IF you’re willing to stand in line for 30+ minutes. They are way understaffed here and the staff they do have move at a sloths pace. It’s the slowest operation I’ve ever seen and frustrating to watch when you’re hungry.

This was my first time at Potbelly and it was the worst experience ever. The first server you are supposed to speak to when selecting your bread is the rudest server I have ever encountered. I just asked a simple question about the bread and without even looking at me she rudely slapped the menu and said it's right there. Then I said, will you please not put cucumbers in my sandwhich and she said, that's down there with a massive attitude again. So I assumed I should not say anything else to her and moved down the line. When I told the gentlemen (who was the only employee without an attitude) that I did not want it toasted he said, oh you were supposed to tell her down there and I said, well every time I spoke to her she responded like she did not want to be spoken to or bothered at all and I didn't know I was supposed to tell her since she told me I needed to "tell them down there". To which the rude server responded by throwing the knife in her hand and saying I should come back there and make my sandwich myself and the other server lady just rolled her eyes at me and made a face. They were also extremely rude to my two friends who ordered sandwiches. They were also all very unorganized and seemed lost in what they were supposed to be doing. I personally will never go back to Potbelly.

Our first visit to potbellys. Great selection. Fast friendly service. This is more then just another sub sandwich place. Fresh ingredients, love the bread. Soups and salads equally fresh and flavorful. Great drink selection. Have you been yet, check it out.
