5 stars! While exploring the Houston Tunnel System, I came across this Schlotzsky’s location and decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did! The sandwich had fresh ingredients, great flavor, and was perfectly made. I also tried the Cinnabon which was very warm, soft, and topped with plenty of icing. I bought extra to take home for my family! Really friendly service, the food was excellent, and there are plenty of shops nearby to explore. If you’re in the downtown tunnel system, be sure to stop by Monday-Friday between 10:30 AM-2:00 PM. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m downtown!
Schlotzsky's is a standout for its consistently fresh food and top-notch service. The staff really shine - friendly, attentive, and they get orders right. I recently tried the Beef Bacon Smokecheesy and California Chicken Avocado sandwiches at Schlotzsky's, and both were excellent. What stood out just as much as the food was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making the entire dining experience enjoyable. The service was quick, and the team made sure everything was prepared well and served with a smile. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place is the go to place when I m in the tunnel or in Downtown Houston!! The staff are amazing and their sandwiches are delicious !!Clean and easy ordering makes it a breeze to have my lunch here !! Lot of space to hangout also!!
