Jesus Mary and Joseph this place. The Cajun spice mix medium spice level on the crawfish/corn/sausage pot was the best thing I’ve had this year. I flew to Houston specifically to have Viet-Cajun food and I wasn’t disappointed. Oh, and the beignets make Cafe du Monde look like the little sisters of the poor. And $10 mojitos.
Danny was super helpful! Quick seating, clean environment. Lots of options on seasonings. We got to use crayons and draw and play games until we waited for the food which didn’t take long! Best crawfish I’ve had in a while, were from Austin. Danny checked in with us a lot and ensured we had refills and anything else we needed. They also offer military discount!
My best friend doesn’t have Google reviews, so I’m writing this for her, we’re basically one person anyway. If she loves this place, just know it’s top tier, because she doesn’t just like anything… she’s a Scorpio, if you know what I mean. The service here is unbelievable. Leap took such good care of her, super warm and attentive. The crawfish and crab were very good, full of flavor. The whole crew, the energy, everything just feels right. I’m not there, but please take care of her, she’s everything. Definitely a place you come back to. I’m coming to Texas soon I will update the review because I know for sure she will take me there.
Andrew made our night at Crawfish Café. We came in hungry and ended up taking down 15 pounds of crawfish. He kept up with us effortlessly from start to finish. Even with a packed house and a long wait, he stayed patient, attentive, and genuinely kind the entire time. Our drinks were always refilled before we even had to ask, and he kept the energy light and fun, which made the whole experience even better. I brought family in from out of town, and this was exactly the kind of place I wanted to show them: lively, welcoming, and memorable. If you go, ask for Andrew. He’ll take great care of you.
Went out for crawfish today and it was seriously SO good! Everything was flavorful and fresh. Highly recommend garlic butter+cajun seasoning! Cheesebread is a must too! Our server Jasmine was incredibly kind and attentive 😊
