I’ve been to this restaurant before so I knew it would be a great choice for Fathers Day. I’d made reservations ahead of time, but still had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated. Once seated, we had a wonderful waitress named Ryan. She was very attentive & made sure we god everything we needed. The food, however, missed the mark. I’m not sure if the integrity of the food was compromised because it was so packed, but I was very much disappointed, especially since I paid over $300. I’m not sure if I’ll be back. Overall I give this place a 5/10 😕

This place is purely elegant. The atmosphere is dope and the service was outstanding. We had no wait time as a reservation was made. Our server Julio was attentive and knowledgeable. The drinks were amazing- a healthy amount of hefty. I had chargrilled oysters and surf and turf with lobster and steak. This place is perfect for date night or any special occasion.

This place is amazing. I enjoyed everything about our dining experience. From when you first walk in and see the fish sitting on ice, to the lively atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food. I don't leave reviews often but Willie G's hit it out of the park. We started out with oysters (not a bad one in the dozen east coast oysters we had) and the hamachi crudo was on another level of flavor explosions. For our entre we enjoyed the whole branzino and an 8oz. filet (shared because we wanted to try both). The crust on the steak was amazing and the quality of steak is excellent. I'm not a fan of fish, but I enjoyed the way it was cooked and would order the same thing again. I want to say thanks to Jay, Ryan, and our server Yessica who all went above and beyond to make our dining experience a great one. For drinks we had a glass of chardonnay and a bottle of Frank Family Cab (highly recommend). For dessert we had the chocolate crunch cake which was full of different flavors and textures. The chocolate crunch cake is well worth it and I would do it again. We also had beignets but I'm not a fan of beignets and I only ordered them so we could take them home to our kids. The presentation and freshness of the beignets were worth it. If you haven't tried this place yet, do it. If you went before and haven't been in a while, go. It's a great place to dine in Houston.

Stopped in for a midday business meeting and couldn’t have picked a better spot. The service was high-class from the moment we walked in, and the food lived up to the reputation—fresh, balanced, and full of flavor. The trio seafood salad was exceptional, and the bang bang shrimp hit all the right notes. The atmosphere is upscale without being stuffy, making it ideal for business conversations or a refined lunch. Valet parking added a convenient finishing touch. Strongly recommended.

Checked out the happy hour. The food was mostly ok. - The bao (bready part) of the short rib bao was straight up hard. 1.5/5 - The baked oyster trio ($12 for 3) were good but raw oysters could have been shucked cleaner. Good mignonette though. - Fried fish sliders were good, cheeseburger sliders were not. The pan-grilled bread was also burnt. Amateur. - Tried alligator for the first time and really liked the chewy bites! So the food would've been 3.5 overall, even 4 if without the short rib bao and cheeseburger sliders. But I'm disappointed by the attitudes of the team. The manager was the exception - warm, friendly. The rest of the staff: weirdly cold and snooty. Our server warmed up, but I think it must be the vibe between coworkers there, which is often set top-down and by the team culture. Either way, I'm not going back. Felt stressful just being in the midst of that. Nice space though with a spread of fish on site if a bit too dark for my tastes (for the dining room, not happy hour area). I do wonder how often the big fish on ice get switched out considering the dining room was empty when I arrived at 5:30pm on a Monday. $9 for required valet.
