This has been the best storage experience I’ve ever had. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, and the pricing is very reasonable. What really made the difference was Nichole. She was truly exceptional. Every interaction was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. When my credit card expired and my payment didn’t go through, she waived the late fee as long as I paid that day. I had a great experience with Big Tex Storage, and Nicole was truly amazing. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The facilities are new, modern , spacious and accessible. This is definitely a premier storage service provider, but what, in my opinion, distinguishes them from the competitors is their level of service and integrity. I say this because I had to cancel my storage reservation due to changes in my seaborne transportation and they immediately returned my payment, no questions asked. I think that reflects their values of providing good service to their clients with honor and care. Thank you to the Big Tex team!!! I’ll definitely recommend you to friends and whoever else needs storage!

Hands down best mini-storage experience I have ever had. I needed a storage unit when I moved out of my home this month in Houston, and the Big Tex team helped make the process as simple as possible. Great communication and service, easy access, great prices, and very secure. Highly recommended.
