Big Tex Storage located on Richmond in the Montrose area of Houston is fantastic. Its always clean. Its always secure. You have to know the experience of lesser storage spaces to know why this one stands out. When you are in the situation of having to store items away from your home, you have many worries. From safety to cleanliness, from lighting to parking. I have had nothing short of easy in all the instances. From the move in to the move out. Daniel Castillo who manages this location was always available to me. And I came with challenges. He takes the personal approach professionally every time. He sees his clients as people all with individual circumstances. He seems to be training his associates to be as kind and patient as he is. And I see them all thriving over there.
