Just moved from Virginia to Houston and needed a storage space for the moment came here to bullseye storage for a space the lady at the front desk her name is Joy she’s fantastic made my leasing super smooth took exactly 6 minutes to finish everything at the end she walked with me to my unit and explained everything I’m details she so sweet and has good attitude. So far Houstonians are super nice and helpful

We did the rental early in the morning , and when I arrived at the property the business was closed for lunch, no one on the phone told me that there was a lunch closure before I got here so you might want to speak to someone before going there. But once the manager came back from lunch I think her name was Jennifer, the experience was very efficient, professional, and kind. She got my movers on to unloading while we did the rest of the paperwork and was extremely apologetic of my initial experience. I would highly recommend this place to see someone you such professionalism even in a stressful and hurried situation.

Joy was fantastic! She was very helpful throughout the entire process and remained extremely professional, even though we arrived almost at closing and were in a rush to get a unit that same weekend. Highly recommend!
