I won’t to say that Mr Barry was so great and so very professional, he walked us through everything and let us know how everything worked showed us where our storage was and how good it was. I’m so very grateful for if there was anything that I didn’t understand he was right there to explain it to me. he’s a very professional very courteous and he’s a very, very nice person. He helped us so much and I’m so grateful for that. Just know that other places need some one like him working for them he’s an amazing person

I want to sincerely thank Manager Barry for such an outstanding experience. I came in feeling unsure about what I needed for my business transition and extremely stressed since it was the end of the month. Barry took the time to walk me through everything, helped me gain clarity, and made the entire process feel manageable. I went from feeling completely frantic to confident and clear. this place deserves a 0 stars. I don't recommend this place to anyone. except if you have to. I thought it was going to be a more safer place for my belongings. But truthfully it was not. The ceiling in my unit was coming apart, the foundation was just, and we finished after. Then as we tried closing the door, It broke on us. I was too tired to move my belongings. And the unit I paid for in advance the ac units, they are not. The manager is very blunt and sounds rude when talking to you. As soon as this month is over I will be moving out of here. O do not get locked in thus place as I was told by the manager. If you stay after hours, you would have to call management and they charge what ever to get you out of the facility. she said to me $100 and they can charge you what ever they want. Be careful with this place.
