This place is great! Amazing customer service from Christie she really knows what she is talking about and really knows her property. she was able to answer all my questions and took all my worries away. the facility is very clean and smells nice (big plus) they have restrooms and carts to use when moving-in and covered parking! love that for this Houston weather! definitely recommend this property to EVERYONE!

This is absolutely the BEST place for storage in the Houston area. The facility itself is clean and welcoming, and the customer service absolutely can't be beat! I was helped by Kaitlyn, and she was incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable and was able to help answer all of my questions! Highly recommend!!

This is my first time using cube smart. I’ve been converted from public storage and never looking back ! The downtown location is nice and they actually have a clerk in the front office unlike public storage. Today Christie helped me get my unit :) she’s bright bubbly and gave me all the info I needed and more ! If you’re debating which storage company to go with TRY CUBE SMART !

Kaitlyn was so very patient with me and I am so grateful. I now live in Maryland and 2 years ago I had a baseball size tumor removed from my brain. I also could not walk for 3 years years so I also needed a chair to sit in and she helped me bring one up. Her tone, demeanor or positive attitude is very well appreciated. She did not know if my health challenges which now include dizziness and high anxiety and she treated me with gentleness and kindness just as my 3 daughters would have. I needed her and she rose to the occasion and then some. Please let her coworkers know how grateful I am to have been serviced by her during the three hours I was in your facility.

Ive been familiar with Cube Storage for 7 years and I normally like the service. There is a woman named Caitlyn that works there that I find to be very hateful and contentious...I hate dealing with this rude woman. While I was moving my things into the storage I had a box or 2 sitting outside the truck getting ready to load and it didn't look pristine to her so she said to us " I need this cleaned up." with a nasty scowl on her face. I was taken aback by her comment and her mouth was turned up angrily. Why the hell would you think "WE" would leave our property on your site and not leave it clean? Is something wrong with this lady? I made SURE that she knew she approached us wrong....I did not appreciate that at all!! Some people have bad days and need to be given the benefit of the doubt...I gave her the benefit of the doubt and this is just who she is...RUDE and HATEFUL everytime I see her. People like this need some therapy, some anger management courses .....something so they dont pass rudeness to the customer. She needs to forgive whomever mistreated her or stole her bike when she was five years old or something...but dont take her personal problems out onto the paying customers, I didn't deserve her hateful attitude. What happened to the kind, professional person that was there before her? She was awesome. ..had I known this lady would be running this location, I would have gone to another Cube Storage. I hate dealing with hateful & spiteful employees. If customer service is not her thing, she should get out of customer service fields. Bitter and angry at the world vibes is what she gives off, unprofessional snapping at folk getting short with them like she was with us. Im respectful and I would like to be treated with respect in return.
