John was the representative that helped get me set up. He was very professional and easy to talk to. The process was simple and he made sure to walk me through the next steps of getting my app up and running. The facility is clean and I am happy I came here for storage. Highly recommend working with him and using this location.
Leaving this review solely based on Madeline, what a gem of a person! She had everything ready to go before I even arrived today for my move (keep in mind I reserved the unit at 1am). On top of her excellent professionalism she was kind, welcoming and personable. Pure sunshine in human form! Thankful she was there today making this element of a very stressful move so much easier on me!
We were original customers when they opened. We like the location and hours. Very convenient to Heights residents. Always clean and neat. This is our unit. Madeline and Blanca are top notch in the office. Always friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this location to anyone in or near the Heights.
Facility is nice and clean always, carts are always free to use and management is always so kind, attentive and friendly. Love the facility and would recommend to anyone who needs storage, at a safe location and helpful staff! This Cubesmart is always top notch and moved in a couple friends who needed storage here as well!
Really smooth experience overall. They were fast, helpful, and made the process easy. The first month free promotion is also a great bonus
